Refund/Returns Policy

All Items are final purchase, no returns and or refunds. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We must approve all returns before they are returned to us.

Please email us at sales@sakuratoyland.com for any return questions.

Damaged items will be replaced with the same item when available, if no item is available the purchase price of the item will be credited to store credit for your later use at our store.

Once an order is processed and you wish to cancel, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Please see terms and conditions for processed orders.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sakura Toyland, Inc. 1716 N.W. 82nd Avenue, Doral, FL 33126

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returned shipping costs for damaged items or incorrect items will be refunded other returned items are non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
