Shipping policy

Our shipping policy:

We will ship items as they arrive to our warehouse. You will be notified via email of your order being ready to ship and provide shipping dimensions if required.

Toy orders do not have free shipping we will provide our shipping fees based on the most economical carrier.  Customer is also welcomed to provide their own shipping labels from their own carrier to their desired destination based on our dimensions. 

Please be advised any shipping label created by the customer, the customer if fully responsible for tracking and or claims to their packages. 

Party supplies are free shipping at $700. If under $700, same rules as toys shipping imply.

Once we notify the customer that the order is ready to ship, the customer will have 48 hours from notice to arrange a shipping method.  If no arrangement is made within the allowed time, the customer could be liable for storage fees which will be determined at time of default.
